Sharing and retention

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate this website and our business (for example email and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed.

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months from your last contact with us if no engagement follows. If we go on to work together, we keep relevant data for the duration of the engagement and for up to six years afterwards, to meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations. After those periods, data is securely deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. We have not added tools such as Google Analytics, session recording or remarketing pixels.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the site securely and to process form submissions. These cookies do not track you across other websites and cannot be switched off without affecting how the site works. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will use privacy-respecting tooling, ask for your consent where required, and update this policy before doing so.
