About Novaeris
A founder-led consultancy for the age of AI
Novaeris was founded by Ditmir Hasani and Gabriel Ng — two experienced quality engineering leaders with more than 24 years of combined experience. They came together with a shared vision: to help organisations deliver reliable software by bringing every aspect of testing into the modern era, with AI embedded responsibly throughout.
Our vision
Gabriel and Ditmir have each spent more than a decade in the industry — including eight years running their own consultancies — before founding Novaeris. They saw the same pattern repeatedly: organisations racing to adopt AI without the quality foundations to support it, and consultancies that advise on transformation but never stay to implement it.
Novaeris exists to close that gap. We are a modern, agile consultancy and delivery partner — not a body shop. We embed in your teams, work sprint by sprint, and bring the engineering depth to build AI into testing responsibly, alongside the QA expertise to know where it belongs.
Our founders hold SC and NPPV3 security clearance and have delivered across government, transport, healthcare, financial services, retail, media and energy. You work directly with senior consultants who do the work — not account managers.
