Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. As a newly established consultancy, Novaeris Consulting is below the turnover threshold that makes such a statement mandatory — we publish one voluntarily because we believe transparency on this issue matters regardless of company size.
Our position
Novaeris Consulting has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking, in our own business and in our supply chain.
Our business and supply chain
We are a London-based quality engineering and technology consultancy. Our supply chain is short and low-risk: primarily software, cloud services and professional services suppliers, and the consultants and engineers we engage and place with clients.
What we do
To keep modern slavery out of our business we:
- Engage consultants and staff directly, with clear written terms and fair pay
- Verify the right to work of the people we engage and place
- Prefer established, reputable suppliers with their own modern slavery commitments
- Include anti-slavery expectations in our supplier relationships
- Encourage anyone — staff, consultants or suppliers — to raise concerns with us directly, without fear of reprisal
