Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their technology or ability. Accessibility is part of how we think about quality — it is one of the things we test for professionally, so we hold our own site to the same standard.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website. We also have regard to the accessibility requirements that apply to service providers under the Equality Act 2010.
Conformance status
This website was self-assessed against WCAG 2.2 level AA in July 2026. We did not commission a third-party audit at launch, but we test key pages with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated accessibility checks as part of our release process.
We believe the site substantially conforms with WCAG 2.2 level AA. If you find a barrier we have missed, please tell us and we will treat it as a defect to be fixed.
What we have done
Measures built into this site include:
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks
- A “skip to content” link for keyboard users on every page
- Visible focus indicators and full keyboard operability
- Colour pairings tested for WCAG contrast, on light and dark backgrounds
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Support for prefers-reduced-motion — animation is disabled for users who request it
- Responsive layouts that work with zoom and small screens
Known limitations
Some decorative animations and third-party imagery may not add value for assistive-technology users; these are marked as decorative so screen readers can skip them. If you find anything on this site that does not work for you, we want to know.

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or spot an accessibility problem, email hello@novaeris.co.uk and we will aim to respond within five working days and fix issues promptly.
Enforcement procedure
If you contact us with an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you can ask us to escalate the matter internally. We will acknowledge your request within five working days and provide a substantive reply within 20 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for further advice. EASS can be reached at equalityadvisoryservice.com or on 0808 800 0082.
This statement was last reviewed in July 2026. We review it at least once a year, or sooner if we make significant changes to the site.
